Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Change-of-mind returns
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@writefullysustainable.com. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we need to confirm the return details and provide the correct return address.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please email info@writefullysustainable.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described, we will deal with the issue in line with your statutory consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
We reserve the right to assess each reported issue fairly and reasonably before deciding the appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for change of mind, including custom-made or personalised products, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
As above, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
